Notes on authentication options (on the left side)
New accounts must use ‘MFA Authentication’. All existing accounts are being converted to ‘MFA Authentication’.
If you have already received login information regarding MFA, please use ‘MFA Authentication’ from now on.
Otherwise, please continue to use ‘Standard Authentication’ until your account has been switched to MFA.
Standard Authentication
Please use your username and your ‘WAM’ or ‘Portal’ password.
Login example: abc12345 + [password]
MFA Authentication (new solution)
Please use ‘Go to MFA Login’, a new page will open.
Enter your username and your ‘ECU’ or ‘Bosch IT user’ password. This password is independent of the WAM/Portal password.
Login example: abc12345@bosch.com + [password]
You need a 2nd authentication method (Phone call or authenticator app).

Missing user-ID
Please get in contact with your Bosch business partner. Your Bosch business partner can request an OpenDXM account for you.
